Nutrition Coach

Hi, I’m Will – Nutrition Coach at Marlow Nutrition Co.

 

I’ve been working in the health and fitness world since 2018, helping everyday people achieve their goals without having to survive on dust and willpower alone. My aim is to make things as simple and realistic as possible. No fad diets, no punishment tactics. Just honest, trustworthy coaching.

 

My approach is flexible and achievable long term. You’ll get a range of strategies to choose from, to empower you to stay in control and build something that actually fits your life, even if that life occasionally includes crisps and birthday cake (as it should!).

 

I’m a true lover of all things sport and physical challenge, and over the years I’ve had the privilege of working with a real spectrum of people, from those just starting out on their health and fitness journeys to ultra-marathon runners chasing their next milestone.

 

I work closely with people to take down the barriers that usually trip them up, and I try to keep the whole experience down-to-earth and free of fluff. I’m here to help you make steady, sustainable progress without hating every second.

 

No more “I’ll start again on Monday” jobbys. Life’s short. Let’s not spend it debating whether a carb is “good” or “bad.”

My journey into nutrition started with performance in mind. In 2020, like many people, I found myself with a lot of unexpected time on my hands. I’d just joined a new rugby club playing in Championship 1 Division and was determined to earn my place in the starting XV when the season resumed. I made it my mission to get into the best shape of my life, and quickly realised that nutrition would be the key.

I dove into learning everything I could about body recomposition, focusing on losing fat and building muscle at the same time, and then applied it with precision! Within just three months, the changes in my performance, body composition, and overall wellbeing were undeniable. That’s when I truly fell in love with the power of food.

That knowledge took on a whole new meaning when I later became seriously unwell whilst living in Bali. I was forced to slow down and rebuild my health from the inside out. That chapter taught me that nutrition goes far beyond macros and calorie tracking (although those still play a key role) — it's about understanding your unique body, supporting your gut, and choosing foods that help you feel your best both physically and mentally.

Now, I combine performance-driven strategies with a personalised, health-first approach - helping clients not only transform their bodies, but feel genuinely good from the inside out. Trust me - you GLOW when you get this combination right!
